Kolawole Ajayi has amassed over 26+ years of multifaceted experience in consulting, banking, finance, and the tech industry. Beginning his career at Agusto & Co, he specialized in providing credit risk ratings for key industries in Nigeria.
Transitioning to the banking sector after his tenure at Agusto & Co, Kolawole held positions at Ecobank Plc, UBA Plc, Oceanic Bank Plc, and Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc. His focus was predominantly on credit risk management, encompassing strategy development, process automation, Basel 2 implementation, and oversight of commercial lending.
He also made significant strides in the tech industry, serving as the CEO of Wakanow Ghana. In this role, he managed operations in Ghana and Kenya, overseeing successful funding rounds, including a $20 million Series A round, and contributing to multiple funding transactions.
Rejoice Dokot-Joseph – Financial Controller
Rejoice Dokot-Joseph is a dedicated professional with 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and account management. As a Business Analyst at Thrive Agric, she manages data entry, payment reconciliation, and inventory tracking, and supports business development through detailed reporting with Power BI and Excel.
Previously, Rejoice served as an Account Officer at Box Office Hub, where she handled client relations, contract negotiations, and financial reporting. She also gained valuable experience in financial reporting and administrative tasks during internships at Welcome2Africa International and the Federal Ministry of Industry Trade and Investment.
